Hygienist – Registered Dental Hygienist
Pay Range: $65–$70/hour
Schedule: Full-time or part-time (2–3 days per week)

Clove Dental is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist for a senior role focused on quality periodontal care, patient education, and mentoring fellow hygienists.

Minimum Requirement: Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Average Daily Production of $1,000-$1,200 a day, promotion at the $1,000 a day average over last 6 months

• Provide advanced preventive and periodontal hygiene care across a broad range of patient needs and clinical complexity.
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, radiographs, periodontal charting, and other permitted hygiene procedures.
• Identify and manage complex periodontal needs and partner with dentists on comprehensive treatment planning and continuity of care.
• Educate patients on periodontal disease, oral health, home care, recommended treatment, and appropriate continuing-care intervals.
• Drive strong hygiene productivity, reappointment, patient retention, and periodontal treatment completion while maintaining clinical quality.
• Review hygiene schedules, charts, radiographs, periodontal findings, and outstanding treatment to identify care opportunities and prevent gaps.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete periodontal charting and clinical documentation in Open Dental.
• Mentor and coach Hygienist I–II team members on periodontal protocols, patient education, clinical efficiency, and Company standards.
• Serve as a senior hygiene resource and help identify opportunities to improve hygiene workflows, scheduling, patient experience, and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, HIPAA, infection-control, and Company clinical standards.

At-Will Employment

Employment with Clove Dental is at-will unless otherwise expressly provided in a written agreement signed by an authorized Company representative. This means that either the employee or Clove Dental may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, subject to applicable law.
