The Vendor Success Lead plays a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding relationships with designated vendors to ensure all client business needs are met. Acting as both a strategic partner and analytical leader, this role combines data-driven insight, operational rigor, and compelling executive communication to elevate performance across the retrieval portfolio.

You will be responsible for analyzing complex data, sharing our vendor strategy through clear narratives, and delivering executive-ready updates that inform decisions at the highest levels. This role directly supports the drive toward improved processes, enhancing vendor relationships, retrieval success, and overall client satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

  • Turn data into stories: Analyze dashboards and performance metrics to forecast trends, prioritize inventory, and communicate insights through clear, compelling narratives that drive action among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic execution: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to deliver on operating plans, escalating inefficiencies and risks with solutions-oriented recommendations.
  • Deliver executive-level communications: Prepare and present crisp, insight-rich updates for leadership and client stakeholders, translating operational data into strategic business intelligence.
  • Manage and communicate performance: Create, manage, and distribute real-time reports and dashboards providing visibility into project health, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Be the subject matter expert: Deeply analyze individual projects, uncovering the root drivers of performance and offering actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Champion risk adjustment and quality programs: Provide full oversight of projects that impact health insurance client success, including analytics, chart retrieval, and coding review operations.
  • Collaborate for impact: Partner with Account Management, Operations, BI teams, and more to interpret project data, identify trends, and influence decisions with persuasive data narratives.
  • Own vendor performance storytelling: Track, analyze, and report vendor outcomes, turning performance metrics into actionable insights and recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Enhance process excellence: Support ongoing refinement of project management frameworks, operational processes, and analytical tools that drive scalability and success.
  • Lead financial alignment: Manage payment reconciliation procedures between vendors, Operations, Accounts Payable, and Finance to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Inform executive strategy: Provide structured, data-backed updates and escalation summaries to senior leadership, highlighting risks, progress, and strategic opportunities.

What you will bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Healthcare Technology, Medical Records, or Health Information; experience in healthcare account management or operations preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter to senior and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.
