Salary Range: Salary: $53,041 - $63,565
*Based on experience, and education
Schedule: This role follows a Tuesday through Friday schedule, with four 10-hour workdays (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
Qualifications
Master’s degree required.
Preferred: Active behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: ADC, AADC, LPC, LICSW and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
- Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting.
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
- Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
- Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
