Team: Professional Services

Travel: <15%, US

Location: US Remote

What you'll own in this role:

  • Oversee the entire MIPS process from communication to audit to submission. Coordinate with the regulatory quality assurance team to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Educate MIPS customers on MIPS process and requirements, including hosting webinars and informational sessions throughout the year
  • Conduct regular client meetings based on client needs and size to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, educate on new features and releases, and build strong client relationships.
  • Regularly meet with the product team to relay customer feedback and stay informed about new features and releases for effective client communication.
  • Participate in the implementation to assure a seamless transition between implementation and post-implementation.
  • Manage client engagement in MIPS annual audit process (communication, progress tracking, etc.)
  • Resolve support requests for clients according to product/contract SLAs

What you bring to this role:

  • Proven experience with client management and relationship building.
  • Skilled project manager with the ability to oversee and manage multiple small projects and objectives concurrently.
  • Proficient in coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Experienced in working with healthcare systems and quality departments, with a strong understanding of the impact of payer and government quality programs.

Expertise in:

  • MIPS/APM/MVP (required)
  • HEDIS (preferred)
  • Inpatient Measures programs (preferred)
  • eCQMs (preferred)

Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
  • Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
