In this role you will lead the full recruiting lifecycle for primarily technical positions, including candidate engagement, sourcing, screening, presentation, and offer management. The Staffing Partner brings strong behavioral interviewing expertise and quickly builds an understanding of the company’s structure, teams, and specialized functions. This individual maintains a working knowledge of applicable employment laws and ensures compliant hiring practices throughout the process.
What you'll own:
Partner with People Operations and business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, team structures, and role requirements.
Independently manage full-cycle recruiting, from requisition intake and sourcing through interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding in partnership with hiring managers and People Operations team.
Assess and interview candidates, presenting high-quality, well-aligned talent to hiring managers and adjusting sourcing strategies based on feedback.
Provide updates to Hiring Managers and People Operations on the status of openings.
Establish and use effective sourcing methods to recruit top talent, including social media, team member referrals, career/job fairs, networking events, user groups, and other resources.
Work with hiring managers to establish offer terms and offer positions to selected candidates; this includes understanding internal equity and salary range guidelines.
Effectively conduct first line interviews, provide feedback to hiring managers and make recommendations on all interviewed candidates; collect and retain all interview selection materials.
Practice and advocate diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
Establish, utilize, and report on recruiting success metrics.
Work with FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) and People Operations team to follow established staffing plans, staying in line with approved positions and hiring plans.
Work closely with People Operations team to successfully onboard all new hires, including any pre-employment background testing.

Highly organized and capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization, with a keen understanding of business needs and candidate experience. The successful incumbent will be sensitive to business needs, team member goodwill, and the company’s public image.
Core capabilities include:
Proven experience recruiting for roles such as: Software Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack), Data (Engineering, Analytics, Data Science), Cloud/Infrastructure (DevOps, SRE)
Familiarity recruiting roles working with technologies such as C#, Java, Databricks, Terraform, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong candidate evaluation and validation skills, particularly within remote or distributed hiring environments
Experience recruiting in remote-first or distributed organizations strongly preferred
Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and staffing productivity
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to operate with minimal direction and build recruiting strategies, processes, and pipelines from the ground up
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to innovate as business needs change
Experience building strong, trusted relationships with business leaders
Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy.
Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
