ABOUT THE POSITION
The Data Services Quality Reviewer involves reviewing short audio recordings and verifying the accuracy of associated information. Quality Reviewers ensure that content follows established project guidelines and meets defined quality standards.
This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and sound judgment when assessing data quality or identifying potential errors. Successful candidates are comfortable working independently, following written instructions carefully, and meeting turnaround times for assigned tasks.
Work is conducted entirely online, using simple tools such as spreadsheets (advanced analysis is not required) and a web-based QA platform. Training and task instructions are provided. The role is project-based and offers flexible hours, making it suitable for individuals seeking remote, part-time, or supplemental work.
This opportunity is part of our network of Data Services Quality Reviewers on an on-demand basis. Candidates who successfully complete the process may be added to our Project Outreach List. Please note that project assignment is not guaranteed, and you may be contacted as opportunities arise depending on business needs, project requirements, and your availability.
ABOUT YOU

Required:

Be a native speaker of the language under review.

Be able to distinguish regional accents and recognize variation within a language.

Exercise sound judgment in identifying and flagging content that violates project guidelines.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in applying standards.

Be flexible and responsive to evolving project guidelines and workflows.

Preferred:

Have experience in transcription, linguistics, or another language-related field, with a strong understanding of audio-text alignment and language accuracy.
- Preferred: Have experience with audio data labeling, particularly in the AI space.
