Role Overview:

The Regional Nursing Lead will contribute to the company’s quality and growth by training and coaching Infusion Nurses in their region on clinical topics. This role will also ensure ongoing competency proficiency and answer clinical questions from nurses in the Region. The Regional Nursing Lead will make sure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy by ensuring clinical staff are trained and re-trained appropriately.

Location: Remote, with ~50% travel to centers for training and coaching

Job Description:

  • Train new Infusion Nurse hires on-site, providing feedback where necessary

  • Drive ongoing clinical effectiveness through competency validation, clinical quality measurement, coaching, and feedback

  • Identify additional training needs across the Region and pilot new initiatives

  • Serve as initial point of contact for clinical questions from others in Region

  • Provide clinical care, as necessary

Key Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in all states within Region (or ability to gain licensure in all states)

  • 3+ years of infusion nursing experience and expert infusion clinical knowledge (or strong internal performance that indicates this level of experience)

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for hands on training and re-training of nurses
