Role Overview: Pharmacist (Per Diem)
The Pharmacist (Per Diem) will contribute to the company’s growth and quality through delivering pharmaceutical clinical care and quality while providing a delightful patient experience. In this role you will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy through the medications they receive.
Location: Bangor, ME - with the ability to come onsite as needed
Schedule: As needed
Key Accountabilities:
Efficiently and accurately processing orders and dispensing medications in accordance with Local Infusion processes and regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring adequate medications and supplies
Communicating with patients when questions arise to ensure quality care
Collaborating with referring and internal providers to optimize patient outcomes
Ensuring pharmacy regulatory requirements and industry standards are upheld
Assisting with operational and clinical tasks as necessary

Requirements:
Licensed pharmacist in the state of Maine.
2+ years experience practicing as a pharmacist in pharmacy operations, performing administrative tasks, and navigating insurance authorizations.
Experience serving as a PIC preferred.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional site visits.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of practice.
