ANC is centrally located in downtown Fort Collins, CO, and will be expanding throughout Colorado over the coming months.
Job Description:
As an advanced practice provider, you will be an integral part of the care team and work in tight partnership with Medical Doctors. You will work with both general neurologists and specialized neurologists. You will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with a variety of neurological needs in the outpatient setting
Perform neurologic history and physical examinations and specialized diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures, including botulinum toxin A injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks.
Prescribe and/or administer medication and treatment for neurologic disorders including infusion therapy
Monitor the side effects of treatment
Counsel patients and caregivers on neurologic diagnoses and disorders
Interact with primary care and other medical specialists to coordinate patient care
Consult neurosurgery and other specialists when necessary
Monitor and track the patient’s response to treatment
Carefully document the patient’s health care journey
Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent situations as presented by phone and in person at the clinic
As applicable, participate in neuroscience research to better serve patients
Participate in lifelong learning
Qualifications:
Up-to-date Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
Current Colorado state license as a Nurse Practioner or Physician Assistant or ability to get one
Current federal DEA license
Professional organization membership is preferred

Our compensation package includes a competitive benefits package of health, dental, & vision insurance, annual CME allowance, 401K, and generous vacation & holiday package. Salary starts at $130,000 and negotiable based on background and experience.
