Practice Manager – Nira Medical

Nira Medical is building the future of neurological care through a clinician-led, patient-centered model supported by modern infrastructure and technology. Our mission is simple: expand access to life-changing treatments for patients with complex neurological conditions.

We’re looking for an experienced, operationally strong Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of one (or more) of our neurology clinics. This is a true on-the-ground leadership role—ideal for someone who takes ownership, builds strong teams, and knows how to run a high-functioning clinic without unnecessary friction.

You’ll report to the Regional GM and partner closely with centralized operations, finance, and revenue teams. You’ll lead on-site execution while being fully supported by a broader platform designed to help you succeed.

What You’ll Own

Clinic Operations (Day-to-Day)
• Oversee daily clinic workflows and personnel, including front desk, infusion, scheduling, supply management, and patient flow
• Ensure SOPs are consistently executed across clinical and non-clinical functions
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and professional clinic environment
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive improvements in efficiency, access, and throughput

Team Leadership & Culture
• Hire, manage, and develop all non-medical team members (e.g., front desk, MAs, infusion staff), with support from the Regional GM
• Onboard all new clinic staff—including physicians and advanced practice providers—so they are set up for success from day one
• Set clear expectations, provide direct feedback, and build a culture of accountability, ownership, and teamwork

Financial Stewardship (with Support)
• Manage site-level budgets including staffing, supplies, and overhead
• Track performance against targets and partner with Revenue Cycle and Finance to improve collections and cost efficiency

Growth & Access
• Partner with clinicians and leadership to reduce wait times and improve patient access
• Implement strategies to improve visit completion and overall patient experience
• Support clinic expansion, new site openings, and key growth initiatives across the region

What We Offer

We believe strong operators do their best work when they have clarity, support, and real ownership.

Real ownership with support – Lead day-to-day operations with autonomy, backed by centralized teams in revenue cycle, finance, and operations
A clinic you can be proud to run – Well-resourced, physician-led environment with strong demand and established infrastructure
Competitive compensation & benefits – Salary aligned to experience with full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) w/8% match, and paid time off
Predictable schedule – Primarily Monday–Friday, daytime hours with a structure that supports consistency and sustainability
Clear path for growth – Opportunities to step into regional leadership, multi-site oversight, and involvement in new clinic builds and strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in healthcare operations (outpatient or multi-provider setting strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to hire, lead, and develop teams while building a strong, accountable culture
• Strong organizational and financial management skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Bonus: experience in neurology, infusion services, or clinical research
