Neuromuscular Neurologist
Austin, TX, USA
About the Practice
Our physician-led neurology practice serves patients across the greater Austin and Round Rock area with comprehensive outpatient neurological care and strong subspecialty expertise. The practice has an established neuromuscular program, consistent EMG volume, and an ALS clinic in partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, providing the infrastructure to care for patients with complex neuromuscular disease.
Physicians are supported by onsite infusion services, advanced diagnostic capabilities, clinical research infrastructure, and experienced clinical and administrative teams. The practice combines the resources and referral network of an established regional neurology group with the clinical autonomy to develop a practice around each physician’s individual interests and expertise.

4+ month waitlist for neuromuscular patients
Consistent EMG volume from day one
Established ALS clinic (MDA partnership)
Onsite infusion center supporting complex neurologic care
Active clinical research program
This is a neuromuscular-forward role within a fully outpatient model designed for neurologists who want to focus their practice.
Who this is for
This role is designed for a neurologist who wants to build or deepen a neuromuscular-focused practice in a high-demand environment.
Strong fits include:
Fellowship-trained neuromuscular neurologists
Neurologists with clinical neurophysiology / EMG experience
General neurologists who are comfortable managing neuromuscular conditions and interested in expanding that portion of their practice
Interest in participating in clinical research, even if not pursuing a fully academic or research-focused career
You’ll do well here if you want:
A neuromuscular-forward case mix with access to consistent EMG volume
To grow your experience in complex neuromuscular disease over time
A pure outpatient model without hospital obligations
A subspecialized team, so you’re not covering the full breadth of neurology alone
This is not a broad general neurology role; your practice will naturally skew toward neuromuscular based on existing demand
