What You’ll Do

Project Management & Digital Transformations

  • Lead end-to-end project management for onboarding HME Providers of medical equipment and supplies to the Parachute Platform, ensuring smooth transitions and meeting critical timelines. Partner with HME Provider leaders to drive rapid growth of Digital Ordering across the marketplace, applying a consultative approach to tailor the experience to each customer's goals and operational needs.
  • Delegate specific project tasks to Implementation Associate to support a faster implementation timeline. Oversee and project-manage these specialists, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, and adjusting resources as needed to maintain project momentum.

Strategic Activations

  • Implement our innovative suite of product features (AI Intake, Documentation & Signature requests, etc) making Parachute Platform a digital command center for patient needs. Work closely with HME Providers and internal partners (Sales & Customer Success) to optimize activation strategies and streamline platform adoption, coordinating milestones, setting objectives, and tracking performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.

Data Reporting & Analysis

  • Leverage your consulting skills to develop, interpret, and present actionable insights that guide partnerships forward. Collaborate cross-functionally to address HME Provider opportunities and challenges, using data to support decision-making and enhance the value of our partnerships.

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Identify, design, and execute process improvements to enhance onboarding and transformation efficiency. Apply project management principles to implement best practices, reduce friction points, and increase operational effectiveness within the HME Provider onboarding journey.

New Product Launch Consulting

  • Collaborate with customers to introduce our simple, user-centric experiences and support new product launches. Act as a consultant to communicate product benefits and gather feedback, providing critical insights to the Product team to refine our offerings.

Partner Training & Enablement

  • Lead customized demos and training sessions to equip partners with a comprehensive understanding of the Parachute Platform. Utilize change management techniques to support end users throughout the training process, ensuring they feel confident and empowered.

Technical Integrations & Interoperability

  • Develop deep expertise in Parachute Platform interoperability and consult on API integration best practices to enhance seamless connections with our supplier partners’ systems. Guide customers through technical implementations, facilitating efficient integration and scalability.

Requirements

  • Passionate about improving patient outcomes & operational efficiencies through digital transformation in a traditionally manual (fax & paper) industry.
  • Process-oriented with experience developing and executing transformation roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical thinker who leverages data to solve problems and drive decisions.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused self-starter.
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional projects, especially involving technology adoption or process modernization.
  • Consultative and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Excited by AI and digital tools as levers for systemic improvement.

More About You

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech.
  • Proven experience implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms.
  • Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with tools such as Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, JIRA; experience with API integrations is a plus.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is able to quickly come up to speed on technical topics.

Base Salary (based on level and experience)

$75k-$105k
