What You'll Gain
Qualified Health is in a rapid growth stage. Our early employees will be part of defining how our organization (and our partners) operates and will have an opportunity to grow with the company. You'll have a real voice from day one, with the opportunity to shape how we deliver value to the clients and communities we serve.
About the Role:
Qualified Health is looking for a Customer Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across our client and partner organizations. This is a role for a driven, curious, and collaborative leader who thrives on turning strategy into measurable results.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Program Manager, you will serve as a key partner to client leadership and internal teams, guiding programs from initial strategy through full execution. You will own program outcomes end-to-end, ensuring that the solutions we build are not just implemented, but sustained.
Key Responsibilities:
Your core responsibilities will include defining engagement models, including organization, governance, and workstream structure, developing and managing program milestone plans, tracking performance metrics, conducting analyses, and communicating progress to both client and internal stakeholders. You will build trusted relationships with client leadership, identify organizational gaps, and drive capability building at all levels of the organization.
You will lead engagements spanning a range of focus areas but primarily focused on product discovery, solution design and deployment, user adoption, value measurement, and program governance — across one or more major health system partner.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher required; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of post-graduate experience managing large-scale programs or implementations, with demonstrated expertise in areas such as change management, process improvement, operational transformation, or program delivery
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from front-line teams to executive leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working through ambiguity and complexity
A collaborative working style and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional team
Desirable Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions to client challenges.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients.
Team Player: Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Self Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Travel Requirements
