We are searching for a Senior People Partner with a unique talent to build and foster authentic, human relationships with the rapidly growing population at SWORD Health. Our goal is to build the best People & Talent team in healthcare. Reporting to the Director of People Partnerships, the ideal candidate will form lasting relationships with managers and individual contributors to provide HR expertise, execute on people programs, and advocate on behalf of their constituents.
 
What you'll do:
 
Serve as a partner to leaders within the member experience business unit which includes SWORD’s clinical and non clinical support staff, to provide guidance, advice, coaching, and expertise.
Work with managers and individual contributors to execute on people programs throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, compensation, learning, and growth.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to plan for headcount, budgeting, and prioritizing hiring.
Ensure that managers have the tools they need to properly support people programs and initiatives at a scaling organization.
Partner with the People team to conduct regular engagement surveys and provide both quantitative and qualitative data about your team, their perspectives, and their needs.
Partner across the org to ensure programs are equitable and inclusive by minimizing subjectivity and maximizing opportunity.
Manage employee relations issues with empathy and understanding.
 
Who you are:
 
6+ years of HR experience in an employee-facing role.
Experience partnering with front line work forces e.g. customer support, clinicians, coaches, retail staff, etc.
Strong ability to communicate with employees, especially sensitive employee relations matters.
Deep knowledge of HR best practices and compliance.
Ability to provide coaching and guidance to managers, especially first time managers.
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
Comfortable handling difficult, sensitive employee situations in a thoughtful, human-first manner.
Meticulously organized and capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Possess a learning-centric mindset.
Background in medical or medical technology is a plus, but not required.
