- Identify gaps and implement improvements across offshore productivity, communication, governance, and accountability
- Build a sustainable, scalable offshore strategy that supports growth while maintaining quality and optimized client outcomes
Revenue Cycle & Intake Expertise
- Oversee operations spanning intake, registration, on-going front-end services, and full revenue cycle management
- Ensure best-in-class workflows across patient access, case management, and downstream RCM processes
- Partner with Product and Technology to continuously improve tools, automation, and reporting that support operational scale
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with Client Executives on client performance, renewals, growth, and P&L outcomes
- Collaborate with Product and Technology to identify workflow gaps, system enhancements, and operational improvements
- Work with Finance on forecasting, margin optimization, and pod-level P&L performance
- Partner with Leadership and People on staffing models, hiring plans, training, and leadership development
Growth & Scale
- Prepare the organization for continued growth, new client onboarding, and expanded service offerings
- Ensure operational readiness for new clients, including staffing, training, workflows, and go-live execution
- Continuously assess and improve the operating model to support scale without sacrificing quality
About You:
- 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within healthcare services, tech-enabled services, RCM, or outsourced operations environments
- Proven experience leading operations at scale
- Demonstrated success building or improving offshore operations
- Deep understanding of intake, registration, and full revenue cycle management
