About the Job
The Senior Director of Operations - Psychiatry is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and executing the long-term vision of our Psychiatry line of business. The role will partner with clinical leadership to manage quality, growth and performance for our team of Nurse Practitioners and support staff, including Regional Clinical Directors, Psychiatry Call Center Support and Onboarding Support. They will also work cross-functionally with other departments to drive initiatives that improve our clinician and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Regional Clinical Directors responsible for managing quality, performance, and clinician experience for a team of 200+ nurse practitioners and collaborating physicians.
Lead Psychiatry-dedicated Call Center and Clinician Onboarding Support teams dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for clinicians and patients.
Own P&L outcomes and operational metrics.
Partner with the Vice President of Clinical Psychiatry to manage clinicians and execute initiatives to improve quality of care for the service line.
Partner with the Vice President of Operations to execute the Psychiatry division growth strategy.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, HR, Process Improvement and other departments to improve the patient and clinician experience.
Lead change management efforts across the Psychiatry division.
Provide ad hoc support on day-to-day operational items including but not limited to facilities issues, patient complaints and clinical management.

Qualifications
5+ years managerial experience overseeing large care delivery teams
8+ years experience in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with healthcare operations including workforce management, prescribing, prior authorizations, labs, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree
