About the Job
Thriveworks is searching for an exceptional strategic growth leader to join Thriveworks as the Director of Care Partnerships. In this role, you'll leverage your established healthcare executive network and proven track record to drive growth through new partnerships with health systems. In addition, you will lead the Care Partnerships function, leading a team of individuals responsible for developing new partnerships and expanding existing ones across Thriveworks communities. Working closely with our Chief Growth Officer, you'll develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives while building and maintaining high-level relationships across the healthcare industry.
Specific Requirements
Lead and develop a team of Care Partnership Manager and Associates responsible for establishing and building referral partnerships and connecting individuals to Thriveworks care
Design and implement comprehensive strategic plans for health system partnerships, driving both new business acquisition and revenue growth from existing relationships
Lead cross-functional initiatives across partnerships, success, and marketing to execute account strategies and ensure consistent delivery of value to partners
Conduct regular strategic account reviews, including relationship mapping and action planning
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic direction
Collaborate with Partner Success, Marketing, and our Center of Excellence to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Drive performance through regular KPI analysis and strategic planning sessions with the Chief Growth Officer
Serve as a passionate ambassador for Thriveworks, effectively communicating our vision and value proposition to stakeholders
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of progressively more responsible experience in partnerships and business development management within a high-growth healthcare services organization and must have established, existing relationships and experience calling on mid-level to senior executives of regional and national health systems in a consulting capacity. This person must have demonstrated success in driving high-growth sales of healthcare services across a highly dispersed, multi-site marketplace.
Experience developing and personally implementing key account strategic plans and initiatives that have led to notable and strategically significant revenue and market share increases.
Sound understanding of health plan and health system corporate, behavioral health, and value-based care strategies.
Demonstrated success in creating a collaborative partnership between Sales, Operations & Marketing, which led to improved operational and sales outcomes, is highly desired.
Experience selling outcomes-driven services to providers, payors, physicians, and other strategic accounts.
A proven team player, possessing independence of thought and opinion as well as a sense of urgency to provide candor and honesty when making key business decisions. This individual will develop an extremely strong “partner” dyad relationship with the Director of Partnership Success and other members of the growth team.
Sound communication, discovery, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong computer literacy, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or healthcare concentration preferred
Occasional travel will be required - <20%
